Andy Sloane is the Chief Instructor of Sloane's Karate USA - Okinawa Isshinryu Karatedo Koryukan (沖縄一心流空手道古流館).
He has been training continuously in the martial arts for 34 years and is ranked 8th Dan in Isshinryu karate, 3rd Dan in Dragon Kenpo, 2nd Dan in taekwondo, and 1st Dan in jujutsu.
He was awarded the Renshi instructor's license by the late Ed McGrath and Gojuryu master Toyama Zenshu. He was awarded the Kyoshi and Hanshi licenses by the Kokusai Okinawa Karate Kobudo Rengokai.
Sloane is a 19-year veteran of the U.S. Navy who lived on Okinawa for over 12 years, where he proudly served the global martial arts community as the ambassador for Isshinryu karate on Okinawa.
He is also a karate researcher and historian. This event is sanctioned by NKJF and USKO.
